Pilot Terms
These terms apply to the Somame pilot. By creating an account, you agree to use the service honestly, lawfully, and only for genuine service or construction work.
Marketplace role
Somame helps customers and independent artisans find one another and manage information about work. Somame is not the employer, contractor, agent, or guarantor of either party.
No escrow or payment custody
Somame does not hold, release, insure, or guarantee payments. Customers and artisans agree payment terms directly and remain responsible for receipts, taxes, refunds, and disputes.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, profile, request, and bid information.
- Confirm identity, qualifications, scope, materials, timing, and price before work begins.
- Do not misuse another person’s information or post unlawful, unsafe, or deceptive content.
- Use appropriate written agreements for material construction work.
Pilot availability
Features may change, pause, or contain defects during the pilot. Verification labels indicate checks performed by Somame but are not a warranty of workmanship or future conduct.
WhatsApp and third parties
Google, Supabase, Netlify, and WhatsApp provide separate services governed by their own terms. Somame is not responsible for third-party outages or conversations that occur outside Somame.
