Somame connects customers and artisans and provides tools for service requests, bids, and project visibility. This notice explains the information used during the pilot.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, role, location, and artisan profile information. We also store service requests, bids, project details, milestones, and progress updates you submit.
How we use information
- Operate accounts and match customers with artisans.
- Display relevant requests, bids, profiles, and project activity.
- Protect the pilot, investigate misuse, and provide support.
- Improve Somame using aggregated feedback and usage patterns.
Google and WhatsApp
Google sign-in is processed through Google and Supabase. WhatsApp conversations take place under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Somame does not import the contents of those WhatsApp conversations.
Sharing and retention
Profile and request information is shared only as needed for the marketplace workflow. We do not sell personal information. Pilot records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your pilot account by emailing info@somame.com. Avoid placing confidential financial or identity documents in service descriptions.
